admin sounds?

hi all
I'm rxx (or ruben , as you wish) , 16 years old and I love wcs/rpg dm servers on wcs (the reason I ended up on this forum )
I usually play Cs:s WoW or borderlands , but since it's a bit quiet on my WoW realm ( vek'nilash EU , transferred ^^) i'm playing Cs:s a bit more now.

All Admins will be losing the capability to "Ban" only way someone will be able to get banned is through Vote.

Me, Lynx Gubi - will have the ability to ban. If someone is constantly being a problem to the server, then report it.

Also i will be installing a system where if you been vote banned 3 times, you will get perm banned.

well i was playing a few times on this server in the past under another name and i think i never met an admin so far but yea today xD was awesome! o_O i'll definately be online more often on you WCS/DM CSS server (<3) also >>>>>> Bowsy and Weed <3 <<<<<< good job on the server guys! I liked all admins and there work , but two think I dont find good :
1. That anyone can buy a admin application , because a admin must be choose .
2. I questions Bowsy at facebook , about admin , I have not now it that it is not allowed and so I can never be admin .
