[CSS] three surf maps

These are three surfmaps I think are suitable for this server.
I and Jokeri based our choice on this:
* There are quite some hardcore regulars on the server that just love surf maps. ( I'm not one of em, Jokeri is.)
* The maps should not be to hard to play for non surfers. (this means no jail)
* This means as a surfer you have an edge over non surfers. As a non surfer you have a sporting chance to survive a bit longer than on the great river map.
* Surf players should be able to get their shot of surf while playing WCS.

hmm..
lynx is right these maps doest have jail and easy to non surffers
one map more its bigger than dustduel.. and little bit more surf

I guess the 2 best surf-maps for WCS by Jokeri's and my opinion are the surf_buzzkill2 and surf_aim_dust2008_double_v2
