Forum needs work badly, need a welcome page, introduction, a spam thread, a picture thread, it badly needs talk threads or else people have no reason to use this except to post a screen shot of a hacker, but this way its just 5 people max, it will have no community, so its very important you do even a basic lay out, basic idea's below

Welcome Thread - Welcome to server etc,
Introduction - Introduce yourself and become one with the family
Talk Thread - Talk about your life, favorite race, or anything on your mind
Picture Thread - Post your picture to your friends
Picture of Desktop - post your desktop pictures or favorite wall papers
Random Pictures - Pictures you found funny on the net or took in real life.
Rant/Stressed/Angry/Group Hug - Tell your problems people will listen! or laugh.
Trash Bin - Stupid threads go here <3

Just a basic example of a forum, this gives people reason to use it and talk on it, not everyone wants to share msn/skype/yahoo or add on steam friends, this is a good place for people to get to know eachother more and make the server more fun to be on by people having things in common except for that one guy using a noob invis race that kills you, it could be Weed is a bastard with his race but he is a funny guy/girl/it?? =D
