Then i woud buy a paysafecard about 15 euro , at this card there is a number , which i give you and withh this number about 15 euro you can buy at the internet thinks , like eaby ( about 15 euro )

Probably a paypal ripoff that enables you to send money over the internet without needing the aid of cred-card.

Not really, you deposit money from a credit card onto your paypal account and send it from one paypal account (your's) to next paypal account
(the servers account)
