Me and bear and mabey a few others cannot vote on the forums. so its like this. lets say you dont like waht i say you would vote - on it to say taht you dont like it. but i cannot find the - and th + above and below the bar's to vote they are not there.... can you tell me why?

They are there, it's on the left of each comment, its very small though.
